in the application, you identified yourself as a “Freeman-on-the-Land. ” you claimed that “The Elizabeth Anne Elaine Society” was concerned with the way court proceedings were instigated, conducted and that the requirement of clear and informed consent was not being properly procured.
i assumed this was a freeman argument. how was it not?

One application to be seen as a Intervenor in court being rejected has nothing to do with Freemanery. He rejected an argument that did not mention Freeman at all. You might as well argue that he rejected a Catholic argument, or a white mans argument and using the same logic now claim it as proof that all Catholic arguments are wrong.
